I have over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, and I have worked as an online graduate adjunct for over a decade. I spent the last 15 years in leadership roles in Learning & Development, Operations, HR, Risk, and Compliance. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in management from Radford University, a Master of Business Administration degree in leadership, and a Doctor of Business Administration degree in leadership from Walden University. 

 

I am a member of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, I serve as an advisory council member for the 4-H program of Mecklenburg County, and I am an ad-hoc peer reviewer for the International Journal of Standardization Research. My passion is helping others through coaching, development, and mentorship.
